An old schoolfriend of Renée Saccard. She was married to M. Haffner but was in a long term lesbian relationship with Adeline d'Espanet. Since school days they had been known as “The two inseperables”. She was a blonde plump young women and a central part of the society circle in Paris. She rented a country house in Saint Germain with Adeline where they could meet for “lunch”.
